Labuan Company Brief Incorporation Procedures
Completed ZRC International Trust Inc. ("ZRC Trust") company application/registration form together with due diligence documents received from the client.
ZRC Trust will issue the proforma invoice for the incorporation to the client.
Once the payment of invoice received from client ZRC Trust will submit the reservation of proposed Labuan company name to Labuan FSA (Form 9)/Section 21(4) LCA
Upon approval of the Company name by Labuan FSA – ZRC Trust will notify the client via email. Accordingly, ZRC Trust will send softcopy of Form 24 (Consent to Act as Director) and the Company M&A for client execution.
Upon receving the signed copy of Form 24 (Consent to Act as Director) and the Company M&A from the client ZRC Trust will compile and submit Form 24 (Consent to Act as Director), the Company M&A and Form 6 to Labuan FSA for company incorporation together with the registration fee.
Once the incorporation approved by Labuan FSA, ZRC Trust will notify the client via email. ZRC will prepare post incorporation documents, update the register, issuance of share certificate, common seal, certified statutory forms and send 2 sets of company statutory documents to client.
ZRC will prepare and submit the the necessary documentation for the opening of bank account , internet banking and employment permit if required by the client after the company has been incorporated
